What is AI@KB?

AI@KB is a cloud application built by 4IT Services that generates up-to-date, data-validated documentation directly from your SAP ERP system — based on your actual configuration and sample transactional data. It gives business analysts, implementation consultants, and project teams an always-current knowledge base of how their SAP system is configured and how it behaves in practice.

The application combines three core capabilities:

• Process Viewer — an interactive representation of SAP end-to-end process flows, grounded in your actual system configuration
• Chat — a conversational AI interface for asking questions about your SAP configuration and extracted data
• Documentation Generation — structured, data-validated documentation built directly from your system — not generic templates
